The objective of this study is to examine the effect of employee engagement dimensions on job performance at Tibebe Ghion Specialised Hospital. For this purpose, quantitative approach was used to perform an in-depth investigation of the case. Employee engagement dimensions vigour, dedication, and absorption are the independent variables that were used as the basis for data collection and analysis. A semi-structured questionnaire was designed and applied to gather needed information from Tibebe Ghion Speciality Hospital staff. From 252 respondents, the data were collected, coded, and analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 29 tool. A regression analysis showed that 85.5 percent of job performance variations are explained by vigour, dedication, and absorption. This phenomenon is most common among people who experience great excitement about their work. The results emphasise the significance of promoting an employee who is thoroughly involved to boost job execution within the hospital environment. Suggestions that can be easily implemented have been provided for hospital leaders to enhance how connected their workers are, among other things; hence, this will positively affect service delivery standards within hospitals that serve human beings.
